Berry Delicious Fool
- 1 C. (250 ml) Greek yoghurt
- 3/4 C. (175 ml) whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Dash of vanilla
- 1 C. (250 ml) thawed or lightly crushed berries
Whip cream, sugar and vanilla and gently fold into yoghurt. Fold in berries, leaving streaks, and spoon into stemmed glasses.
